Important: bat365 requires that deposits and withdrawals be made using payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Depositing via a third party's bank account, Pix, or card is not permitted. Failure to comply may result in balance suspension and account closure.
Bat365 does not charge any fees for Pix or boleto deposits. For credit card payments, a processing fee of up to 3.5% may apply depending on the card issuer. bat365 does not control any fees charged by banks or card issuers on transactions made by members.

Confirmed bets are final and cannot be canceled or changed by the member after confirmation, except in cases where cash out is available and the member chooses to use it. bat365 reserves the right to cancel or adjust bets in cases of evident technical error, clearly incorrect odds due to a system fault, or official cancellation of the event before 50% of regulation time has elapsed.
During live events, odds are updated in real time. bat365 may temporarily suspend live markets during critical match situations — such as a penalty kick, VAR review, or medical staff on the field. Bets placed at odds that are proven to contain a technical error may be unilaterally cancelled by bat365, with a full refund of the amount wagered.
